Email and SMS campaigns for a fence company
A fence company's best list is the one it already has: every estimate given in the last two years, closed or not, plus every past customer. The unclosed estimates still have no fence. The past customers have neighbors, a second property, a gate that needs replacing, or a friend asking who did theirs. Most fence companies never message either group again.
Campaigns that work in this trade: a fall note to open estimates that the quote holds until a date and that material prices rise in January; a February early-bird to the same list with a spring install slot locked by deposit; a storm-repair message after a named weather event; a neighbor offer sent to past customers on a street where you are about to install; and a yearly "gate and post check" offer that produces repair tickets and reviews. Four to six sends a year, by text and email, each with a reason to act now.
Working at two weeks looks like the list cleaned and loaded, the first campaign sent, and the replies and bookings it produced counted.
